The focus was on improving the user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI), significantly increasing the visibility of the website and generating more leads. The challenge was to achieve these goals without losing the personal touch that sets DEOS apart from anonymous competitors.

DEOS’ products are complex and require clear and accessible solutions. The redesign of the website included extensive content work, from UX and UI improvements to keyword optimization and content creation and editing.
This collaboration created an optimal basis for both users and search engines. Since the relaunch, the website’s visibility has been steadily increasing, enabling DEOS to compete with major competitors such as Honeywell and Bosch Energy and Building Solutions in the search engine rankings.

In order to transform the visibility gained in this way into leads, suitable offers were developed and appropriate tools integrated. All inquiries made via the website are seamlessly transferred to the DEOS CRM system – HubSpot – where they can be further processed by the sales team.
The experience for applicants is also seamless: The career section provides a focused overview of the benefits of a career at DEOS and enables a direct transition to the Perview applicant tracking system. The introduction of the contact persons and the opportunity to get to know them directly, as well as the employee statements, are inviting for potential applicants.
