Too expensive lead generation and challenges due to Covid

The rise of we celebrate: came to a rapid end due to Covid – almost all events were canceled and the company had to reorganize itself. This was the reason to question and optimize communication.

 

In the past, we celebrate: relied heavily on generating leads via Google Ads. This needed to change, not only to save costs, but also to achieve a higher quality of inquiries. The proportion of inquiries from organic visitors should therefore increase significantly.

 

The starting point for JUNGMUT was therefore an intensive analysis of the existing data. This made it possible to determine the actual marketing costs for an inquiry and for catering down to the cent. Based on this information and the existing capacities, goals and key figures were then defined together.

What JUNGMUT does: Consistent transparency for more sales

In the past, we celebrate: relied heavily on generating leads via Google Ads. This needed to change, not only to save costs, but also to achieve a higher quality of inquiries. The proportion of inquiries from organic visitors should therefore increase significantly.


JUNGMUT developed a dashboard that brings together all the relevant information and data from Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other sources. This made it possible to track exactly in which months the most requests were made, what costs were incurred and how well these requests turned into actual catering.


Based on these findings, the intensive analysis of the website and a coordinated collaboration with the SEO agency, the website was optimized and the proportion of organic visits increased by more than 50% through various measures.


In combination with intensive monitoring of advertising expenditure and seasonal, data-based management of paid resources, the costs per lead were reduced by more than 50% over the course of a year – while at the same time increasing the volume of inquiries.


These measures also helped to make 2022 the most successful year in the history of we celebrate: and enabled the company to reach new heights.

Not just fresh food - fresh design from JUNGMUT

JUNGMUT supports we celebrate: not only in the marketing area, but also gives the pastel-colored Bubbly design a new shine and adapts it for a variety of projects.

 

We create numerous print media from menu cards, business cards and stickers to beach flags. We pay particular attention to ensuring that the design represents the brand and its values very well.

 

Our team also creates infographics to present information in a visually appealing and clear way. These are used on the websites or in quotation and sales folders to present services and costs.

 

Another project was the redesign of the eurekantine.de website, a sub-brand of we celebrate:. Our focus here was on improving the UX and UI design in order to offer optimal user-friendliness. With a clear and appealing design, we invite visitors to find out about the wide range of culinary offerings and the benefits of eurekantine.de. We paid close attention to the target group and their needs and worked closely with the SEO agency (implementation) to achieve an optimal result.
