In cooperation with our agency JUNGMUT Communication, we accompany your digital transformation projects from the first research to completion. The entire process, from understanding your needs to prototypes to the finished service, is thus accompanied by a single partner.
For a medium-sized company with a shortage of skilled workers, a process for digital applicant management is being developed through service design. The integration of online professional networks and mobile devices will speed up the application process and drastically increase the pool of applicants. Contact with former employees is maintained and interested parties can keep their data up to date. In conjunction with JUNGMUT Communication, the concept is implemented right down to the finished software.
For a city without boundaries, a concept paper for the provision and use of open data is being developed. Our consultants check in detail what data is available and may be made public. Together with the administration and IT, a concept will be developed in a series of workshops on how the respective data sets in open formats can be made accessible to the citizen. The results are summarized in the concept paper, which is then advertised for implementation by an IT service provider.
The managing director of an iron foundry is advised twice a month for half a day on topics of digital transformation. One session per month takes place in the company, the other session in a country house. For each confidential sparring meeting, the consultant prepares specific topics for the managing director. In this way, the coaching and sparring process is very efficient and prepares the MD to make the right decisions in his company.
In a two-day workshop, the sales team of a medical device manufacturer with several locations will be enabled and trained to work as a virtual team. Together with the managers of all locations, processes are analyzed and coordinated. Then the right online collaboration tools are selected. In a training course, the employees are introduced to the tools and the work is practiced online as a virtual team. For this purpose, new rules for cooperation are also agreed.
